Impregnator Options
- Foot Pedal: Used to control the dispense system (cannot be used in conjunction with level sensor)
- Level Sensor: Used to control the dispense system (cannot be used in conjunction with foot pedal)
- Single Glass Rack: Holds one roll of dry fabric to be fed into machine
- Double Glass Rack: Holds two rolls of dry fabric to be fed into machine
- Take Up Mandrel: Allows wet material to be rolled onto hand cranked mandrel for delivery to process area
- Sheet Feeder: Adds additional sheet material such as mylar between layers of wet fabric as it is rolled onto the take up mandrel
- Hand Crank Rollers: On roller systems the rollers are manually rotated for impregnation of fabric
- Air Motor Powered Rollers: On roller systems, the rollers are rotated by a foot pedal actuated air motor drive for impregnation of fabric
- Dispense System Polyester: An internal mix Apollo pumping system with automatic gun to deliver catalyzed resin to bath. Requires either foot pedal or level sensor
- Dispense System Epoxy: Polaris pumping system with automatic gun to deliver catalyzed resin to bath. Requires either foot pedal or level sensor
- Measuring Wheel: A device that rotates with the dry fabric and indicates amount of fabric fed thru the bath
- Tractor Drive: A machine that pulls the fabric thru 12, 24 or 36″ squeegee impregnators
- Glass Cutter: A manual cutting device on a track that cuts the fabric to length
- PLC for tractor drive: A PLC control that allows the operator to automatically feed fabric thru the tractor drive to pre-specified lengths
