As composite manufacturing and marine repair evolved, it became evident that traditional fiberglass spray equipment no longer met the demands of modern fabrication. Rather than modifying legacy designs, Phoenix engineered straightforward, purpose-built advanced composite systems that deliver reliable performance and cost-effective alternatives to outdated industry standards.
Introduced in 1998, our gelcoat spray systems were quickly embraced by fabricators who recognized the value of simplified design, durable construction, and consistent material control. Since then, we have continued refining our systems to provide dependable, modern solutions built for real-world production environments.
Our Facilities
All Phoenix systems, including our advanced composite systems and fiberglass spray equipment, are designed, assembled, and tested at our headquarters by our in-house engineering and technical team. This centralized approach allows us to maintain hands-on quality control throughout the build process and ensure that every system, including our gelcoat spray systems, is production-ready before shipment. From engineering to final assembly, each system is built and shipped directly from our facility.
